Parts Used: Flowers, Berries, Bark, Leaves, Roots
Health Warning: Avoid during Pregnancy. The leaves and stem contain cyanide and should not be ingested.


Elderflower - Herbal remedy for Sinusitis: Elderflower is excellent for catarrh and sinusitis. This herb reduces symptoms and promotes healing.  Take 2-4 millilitres of elderflower tincture three times a day.
