Apple Cider Vinegar and Salt - Natural remedy for Sore Throat:  You can also gargle with apple cider vinegar by mixing together one teaspoon of salt, half a cup of apple cider vinegar and one cup of warm water. Dissolve the salt in the apple cider vinegar and mix in the water. Gargle with this mixture every 15 minutes. Do not swallow.
