Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Kava and St John’s Wort - Herbal remedy for Stuttering: These herbs calm the nerves and thus help in controlling stammering. A tea can be made by infusing one teaspoon of fresh or dried herbs in a cup of boiling water. Strain and drink twice, daily.
