Ice remedy for Tennis Elbow: Apply ice as soon as possible to help reduce inflammation caused by tennis elbow. For the best results fill a zipper lock plastic bag with ice cubes and wrap the bag in a clean towel. Place the ice pack on the painful elbow. Allow it to remain for up to 20 minutes. Repeat 3-4 times a day or as needed to relieve pain and limit swelling. An ice massage may also be helpful. To perform an ice massage, apply ice directly to the affected area and move it quickly over the skin never allowing it to remain in one place. Continue until the ice melts or the pain subsides.
