Spinach - Natural remedy for Amnesia: Spinach has folic acid, vitamins B6 and B12 which protect brain nerves from damage. So eat as much as possible either cooked or in salads.

Spinach - Natural remedy for Constipation: Raw spinach makes a delicious salad, has lots of vitamins and minerals and is a mild laxative, too. Be sure to wash it thoroughly. Eat as much as possible either cooked or in salads.

Spinach - Natural remedy for Gastritis:   Blend spinach leaves with a little water to obtain a juice. Do the same for carrots. Mix 200 millilitres of spinach juice and 300 millilitres of carrot juice. This is very effective.

Spinach - Natural remedy for Glaucoma:  Eat spinach or take spinach extract because they contain carotenoid needed for retina and eye tissue.
