Vitamin B5, Pantothenic Acid Remedy

Vitamin B5, (Pantothenic acid) is an important vitamin for our bodies to grow and properly use carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids and for healthy skin. Pantothenic acid is water-soluble, which means that the body can't store this vitamin. If the body can't use all of the vitamin, the extra vitamins leave the body through the urine. These vitamins must be replaced in the body every day. Pantothenic acid also plays a role in the production of hormones and cholesterol.

Vitamin B5: Pantothenic Acid is found in most meats and vegetables, including: Chicken; Beef; Potatoes; Porridge; Tomatoes; Kidneys; Eggs; Broccoli and Wholegrains


Pantothenic Acid - Vitamin for Vision Loss: This is a vitamin B5 which helps improve vision clarity. 300 milligrams is taken under the tongue every morning.
