Onion and Epsom Salts - Home remedy for Knee Injury or Pain: Take one medium red onion. Peel it and cut into chunks. Blend onion chunks with 5 tablespoon of Epsom Salts. Store mixture in a glass jar. Before bedtime put two tablespoon of mixture in a muslin cloth or thin cotton cloth. Fold cloth over and place on knee. Then wrap knee with a bandage and leave overnight.
