Castor Oil and Turmeric - Home remedy for Knee Injury or Pain: At bedtime rub knee with a tablespoon of castor oil. Mix one table spoon of ground turmeric with enough water to form a paste. After putting castor oil on knee apply turmeric paste. Place a bandage and leave overnight.
