Bananas: The banana is an edible fruit – botanically a berry – produced by several kinds of large herbaceous flowering plants in the genus Musa. In some countries, bananas used for cooking may be called plantains, in contrast to dessert bananas. Bananas are a very good source of vitamin B6 and a good source of manganese, vitamin C, potassium, dietary fiber, potassium, biotin, and copper.
Bananas: A potassium-rich diet can help lower blood pressure, and people who eat plenty of potassium have up to a 27% lower risk of heart disease. Furthermore, bananas contain a decent amount of magnesium, which is also important for heart health.


Banana, Apple -  Natural remedy for Acid Reflux: Bananas contain natural antacids that can act as a buffer against acid reflux. Eat a banana everyday or eat an apple which has the same results. However, if you eat an apple in the evening, eat it few hours before bedtime.
