Calendula, Marigold, Turmeric - Herbal remedy for Fibromyalgia: Muscle spasms and inflammation can be stopped with calendula and turmeric. Calendula and turmeric are available as capsules. The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine and Medline Plus, USA states that both herbs are considered safe for most adults. If taken orally in high doses they can relieve symptoms of fibromyalgia. Take two tablets of 250 milligrams of calendula twice daily and one tablet of 500 milligrams of turmeric twice daily.
