Blessed Thistle - Herbal remedy for Anorexia:  Blessed thistle stimulates appetite in those who suffer from anorexia. It can be taken in the form of capsules or as a tea. As a tea infuse 1 or 2 teaspoons of dried blessed thistle in  8 ounces of boiling water. Strain and drink up to 3 cups per day. Blessed thistle tea is bitter so it can be mixed with a teaspoon of honey for a pleasant taste. Capsules:  Blessed thistle capsules are available. A typical dose is one capsule, 3 times a day.
