California Poppy - Herbal remedy for Anxiety: The leaves of California poppy have been used as a medicine by Native Americans. It is a tension-relieving, sedative, anti-anxiety and antispasmodic herb. It helps sleeplessness and muscular spasm from stress. It is safe for children. It is available as dried herb or tincture extract form. Herbal tea can be made infusing one tablespoon of dried herb in a cup of boiling water. Let it cool down, strain and drink 2-3 times daily. If tincture or extract form is used for mild pain and anxiety, 15-25 drops should be taken 3 times a day. For severe cases 30-40 drops should be taken 2-5 times per day.

California Poppy – Herbal remedy for Bee Sting: California poppy is another one of the more soothing bee sting remedies, this will calm you and relieve some of the pain. Take 2 droppers of tincture immediately after being stung and then take 1 dropper every 2 hours for the rest of the day.
