Cinnamon - Herbal remedy for Appendicitis: Cinnamon has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties and reduces pain associated with appendicitis. Cinnamon powder can be sprinkled on foods such as cereals, oatmeal and yoghurts. One teaspoon of ground cinnamon can be used daily for two weeks. Use  in milk, tea and any food.

Cinnamon - Herbal remedy for Halitosis: Chew a half inch stick of cinnamon or make a mouthwash by adding one teaspoon of ground cinnamon to half a glass of warm water.

Cinnamon - Herbal remedy for Hernia:  Cinnamon calms and soothes the stomach. Use half a teaspoon in tea or warm milk three times daily until condition improves.

Cinnamon - Herbal remedy for Malaria: Put one glass of water in a small pot. Add honey, ground black pepper and cinnamon powder to it. Boil this water for some time and then allow it to cool down. Drink three cups daily until condition improves.

Cinnamon – Herbal remedy for Menstrual Cramps: The anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties associated with cinnamon can ease the symptoms of menstrual cramps. Sprinkle cinnamon on your breakfast cereals or add to your tea.
