Olive Leaf Extract - Herbal remedy for Athletes Foot: The leaves of the olive tree have been used throughout history for medicinal purposes in treating fevers, infections and wounds and it can treat athletes foot. Boil 10 teaspoons of dried olive leaves in one litre of water for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool and strain. Soak feet in it before bedtime.

Olive Leaf Extract - Herbal remedy for Blood Pressure: Fresh or dried olive leaves can be boiled in water and taken as herbal tea twice daily. Olive leaf extract can also be used.
