Hot Water Bottle

Hot Water Bottle Remedies

Hot Water Bottle – Home remedy for  Baby Problems - Colic: Heat can help ease some of the discomfort of colic your child is experiencing. Give your infant a warm bath but make certain to check the water first so that it is not too hot. Placing a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel on your baby's tummy will have similar effects.

Hot Water Bottle – Home remedy for  Menstrual Cramps: Place a hot water bottle on your stomach to relieve cramps. For those of you who do not have a hot water bottle handy, soak a kitchen towel in water and wring out the excess water. Put the towel in the microwave and heat for one minute. Place the hot towel on the abdomen - the towel must not be too hot or it may burn your skin.

Hot Water Bottle - Home remedy for PMS: Place a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel on your tummy to relieve pain.

Always seek the advice of your doctor before taking herbal medications
