Tea Tree Oil - Herbal remedy for Athletes Foot: As tea tree oil has anti-fungal properties it is very effective for athletes foot. Soak your feet in a basin of hot water. Add one tablespoon of Epson salt and one tablespoon of baking soda to the water. Mix and soak your feet in the water for 20-minutes. Dry them with paper towel and apply two tablespoons of tea tree oil.
Tea Tree Oil – Herbal remedy for Body Odour: Make a deodorant by mixing two drops of oil with one ounce of water.
Tea Tree Oil - Herbal remedy for Boils: It is a natural antiseptic and can be used in the treatment of boils. Tea tree oil has a strong smell and not everyone can tolerate it. Put the oil on the boil just after bathing each day until it is healed.
Tea Tree Oil – Herbal remedy for Cold Sores: Tea tree oil has anti-viral properties that have shown some success in controlling the herpes simplex virus. A few drops of the oil should be applied directly to sores (on the outside of the mouth only, never on internal sores) several times a day.

Tea tree oil becomes stronger in the presence of an infection. Apply directly to the scalp or you can add several drops to your regular shampoo.
