Lactobacillus Acidophilus Vitamin

Lactobacillus acidophilus is a friendly strain of bacteria used to make yogurt and cheese. Although we are born without it, acidophilus soon establishes itself in our intestines and helps prevent intestinal infections. Acidophilus also flourishes in the vagina, where it protects women against yeast infections. Acidophilus is one of several microbes known collectively as probiotics, literally, 'pro life,' indicating that they are bacteria and yeasts that help rather than harm.

Lactobacillus Acidophilus – Vitamins for Bad Breath: Lactobacillus acidophilus is a generalized term for a group of beneficial bacteria  known as probiotics essential for maintaining a healthy microbe population in the intestinal environment.  It  is available in several forms. Yogurt and kefir are excellent sources as long as the product specifically states that it carries “live cultures.” Sauerkraut is another excellent source available in some stores.  So 100 milligrams Lactobacillus Acidophilus found in a yoghurt  with live cultures can naturally support your body in fighting bad breath and encourages better digestion.
