Jujube - Herbal remedy for Blood Pressure:  Fresh or dried leaves of jujube can be boiled in water and taken as a herbal tea twice a day.  Jujube supplements (250 milligrams ) must be taken an hour before bedtime. 

Jujube - Herbal remedy for Hypertension: Take 250 milligrams of jujube tablet an hour before bedtime.
