Vitamin K

Vitamin K helps your body by making proteins for healthy bones and tissues. It also makes proteins for blood clotting. There are different types of vitamin K. Most people get vitamin K from: Kale, Spinach, Broccoli, Cabbage, Turnip greens, Iceberg lettuce, Green Beans, Soybean Oil, Strawberries, Grapes, Milk  and Dark Berries. Bacteria in your intestines also produce small amounts of another type of vitamin K. Most people should be able to get all the Vitamin K they need by eating a varied diet.


Vitamin K – Vitamins for Body Rash: A deficiency in vitamin K can cause body rash. Vitamin K supplement (100 milligrams) must be taken regularly.

Vitamin K - Vitamins for Syphilis: Take 100 mcg once daily.
