Magnesium, Vitamin C and Thiamine (Vitamin B1)

Magnesium is an essential mineral for the use of Vitamins B1 and B6, for staying healthy and is required for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body. Multiple health benefits of magnesium include transmission of nerve impulses, body temperature regulation, detoxification, energy production, and the formation of healthy bones and teeth. Magnesium is available in apples, avocado, bananas, black grapes and seeds, carrot leaves, dulce, dandelion, kale, mistletoe, okra, Parsley, peppermint, skunk cabbage and watercress.
Magnesium Deficiency: Some early signs of Magnesium Deficiency include: Flu-like Symptons; Numbness and Tingling; Muscle Contractions and Cramp; Seizures; Personality Changes and Abnormal Heart Rhythm.

Thiamine, also known as thiamin or vitamin B₁, is a vitamin found in food and used as a dietary supplement. Thiamine is found in cereals, whole grains, meat, nuts, beans, and peas.


Magnesium, Vitamin C and Thiamine – Vitamins for Cerebral Palsy:  Magnesium, vitamin C and thiamine as well as a multi vitamins and multi minerals supplement are helpful for proper muscle growth. Take 100 milligrams of magnesium, vitamin c and thiamine twice daily. Take 500 milligrams of multi vitamins and multi minerals twice daily.
