Fish OIl: Omega-3 fish oil contains both docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). Omega-3 fatty acids are essential nutrients that are important in preventing and managing heart disease. Findings show omega-3 fatty acids may help to lower blood pressure.

Fish Oil - Vitamins for Abdominal Pain: The use of nutritional supplements for stomach pain depends on the cause of the abdominal discomfort. Helpful nutritional supplements for irritable bowel syndrome include essential fatty acids that is Omega 3 fish oil. One or two capsules can be taken daily.

Fish Oil - Vitamins for ADHD:  Fish Oil is a rich source of Omega-3 fatty acids. Research studies show that omega 3's can have significant benefits in some children suffering from ADHD. For instance, it may help improve a child's ability to organize activities. Fish oil is available in capsules. One capsule of 1200 milligrams should be taken daily. Fish high in Omega 3 fatty acids include salmon, albacore tuna, herring, mackerel, trout and sardines. 

Fish Oil - Vitamins for Blood Pressure: Fish oil may have a small effect on high blood pressure. Although fish oil supplements often contain both DHA (docohexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), there is some evidence that DHA is the ingredient that lowers high blood pressure. Take 1200 milligrams daily.

Fish Oil - Vitamins for Chest Pains:  Consumption of salmon, herring, sardines and mackerel is very important for the heart due to their high content of omega 3 fatty acids. If this is not possible a supplement of 1200 milligrams of fish oil should be taken twice a day.

Fish Oil - Vitamins for Concussion: While the general recommendation for most people is to take one to two grams daily of high-potency fish oil, it is a good idea for people who have suffered head injuries to take up to four grams as quickly as possible after the injury and to continue taking four grams once daily for up to seven days afterward.

High doses of any omega-3 fatty acids can increase bleeding risk, so it is especially important that people who bruise easily or have bleeding disorders be careful when using this home remedy for constipation. Do not take Fish Oil supplements without your doctor's approval.

Fish oil - Vitamins for Psoriasis: Fish oils, containing high ratios of Omega 3’s (DHA and EPA) have anti-inflammatory properties. Take 2 capsules twice per day with meals.
