Chaff Flower

Traditional Usages: Gout, Acne, Alcoholism, Unblocks Menstruation, Strengthens Bones and Sinews, Dropsy, Snakebite, Malaria

Health Warning: Avoid during Pregnancy and Breastfeeding. Roots are poisonous.


Chaff Flower (Prickly Chaff Flower, Latjira) - Herbal remedy for Cholera:  Make an infusion by adding ten fresh or dried leaves to a cup of hot water. Infuse for ten minutes, strain and add one teaspoon of organic honey.  Drink five times a day. Available from Asian shops.
