Cayenne Pepper and Apple Cider Vinegar - Herbal remedy for Colds: For persistent cough mix one tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar with a quarter teaspoon of cayenne pepper, one teaspoon of honey, one teaspoon of olive oil and a quarter teaspoon of crushed  ginger. Mix well and take twice daily.
