Cold Water - Home remedy for Constipation: Soak your feet in cold water, 15 minutes at a time, once in the morning and once before bedtime. Be sure to dry your feet thoroughly.

Cold Water - Home remedy for Scalding: Soak the scalded skin in cold water for at least five minutes if the burn appears mild. You should soak the area for 15-minutes if the burn is deeper than the top layer of skin which makes it a second-degree burn. The cool water helps reduce swelling. Avoid the use of ointments or butter. Make sure to cover the affected with thin clothing or surgical dressing. Do not attempt to remove blisters by yourself.
Health Warning: Seek medical treatment if the burns are found on the genitals, face, hands, and feet. In cases of severe burns, contact emergency medical assistance immediately. Do not apply any medical treatments on the burned areas or try to remove any clothing near the burned skin.

Always seek the advice of your doctor before taking herbal medications
