Molasses, Black Treacle - Home remedy for Constipation: One teaspoon of blackstrap molasses in half a cup of warm water, drink one hour before lunch.

Molasses, Black Treacle - Home remedy for Fatigue: Add one tablespoon of blackstrap molasses to a glass of milk (regular, skimmed, soy or rice milk). Its just like sugar. So use it in a glass of milk to relieve exhaustion whenever you feel ntired.
