Marshmallow Root - Herbal remedy for Cough:  Drink marshmallow root tea to sooth the throat and reduce a dry cough.

Marshmallow Root - Herbal remedy for Hernia:  Marshmallow contains a slippery substance that forms a protective layer on the lining of the esophagus and stomach. It also lowers production of stomach acid. A tea made from marshmallow root can be taken to alleviate symptoms associated with hiatal hernia.

Marshmallow Root - Herbal remedy for Mastitis: Marshmallow root soothes tender tissues and sore nipples, opens clogged ducts and tubes and diminishes the pain of engorged, inflamed breasts.
