Administration Method: Ground herb or dry extracts for teas, freshly pressed birch leaves juice for oral use.

Birch, Hydrangea and Dandelion - Herbal remedy for Cystitis: 1 teaspoon of birch leaves (a natural diuretic that reduces cystitis pain); 1 teaspoon of dandelion (cleanses the liver and flushes kidneys relieving bladder pain); 1 teaspoon of hydrangea (good for flushing the urinary tract). Mix all herbs and add boiling water. Simmer for one minute. Strain and drink two cups a day. Eat plenty blueberries, they have been just as good as cranberry juice for relieving cystitis symptoms.
