L-Carnitine, Magnesium and Vitamin B6 - Vitamins for ADHD:  L-carnitine, magnesium and vitamin B6 are also recommended for those who suffer from ADHD.  L Carnitine - recommended daily dosage is one tablet of 500 milligrams once daily. However it is important to realize that L-carnitine is reportedly known for boosting energy levels. Therefore it is best to take it before 3pm. Magnesium: One tablet of 400 milligrams once a day for men. One tablet of 300 milligrams once a day for women. Vitamin B6 - Take one tablet of 200 milligrams once daily.
