Health Warning: Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Pruritis, nausea, and gastric complaints may occur in isolated cases after oral intake. 

Horse Chestnut – Herbal remedy for Deep Vein Thrombosis:  Chestnut seed extract is used for vascular protection.and circulatory problems. Oral use: 250-300 milligram extract 1-3 times a day.

Horse Chestnut - Herbal remedy for Hemorrhoids: Extracts of this herb can reduce symptoms of hemorrhoids. Take 90-150 milligrams of horse chestnut seed extracts per day. This treatment may be enough to help cure your hemorrhoid.

Horse Chestnut - Herbal remedy for Piles: Horse chestnut can be taken as a tea or in capsule form. It can also be applied externally as a compress. Only products made from the seeds or bark of the young branches should be used.
Health Warning:  People with an allergy to the horse chestnut family; bleeding disorders, or people taking blood thinners should not take horse chestnut.  Other parts of the plant are poisonous. Although uncommon, side effects have included kidney damage, severe bleeding, bruising and liver damage.
