Pineapple, Orange, Ginger and Nutmeg – Herbal remedy for Flu (Influenza):  Blend one fresh orange, three pineapple slices, one-inch piece of fresh ginger with half a glass of water. Add some maple syrup and nutmeg and drink three times a day.
