Chaparral - Herbal remedy for Flushing:  Infuse 1 teaspoonful of the dried chaparral herb in a cup of boiling water for seven minutes. Then strain and cool. Take three cups of chaparral tea daily, one after every meal. Available from the herbal tea company.
