Basil and Turmeric - Herbal remedy for Fungal Infection: A combination of turmeric and basil is also beneficial. Make a paste by mixing a teaspoon of turmeric powder with a tablespoon of  ten crushed fresh basil leaves. Eat this paste followed by a glass of water before meals for a week.
