Wood Avens - Herbal  remedy for Gingivitis: Wood avens is a perennial herb with small yellow flowers that grows throughout Europe, Asia and North America. The roots are rich in anti-inflammatory tannins. When used as a gargle or mouthwash, it reduces bleeding and soothes the inflamed gum.
