Vitamin B6 is also called pyridoxine. Vitamin B6 helps form haemoglobin - the substance in red blood cells that carries oxygen around the body and maintain brain function. This vitamin also plays an important role in the proteins that are part of many chemical reactions in the body. The more protein you eat the more pyridoxine your body requires.

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine): Good sources of B6 Vitamin includes: Pork; Poultry; Fish; Bread; Oatmeal; Brown Rice; Wheatgerm; Eggs, Vegetables; Soya Beans; Peanuts; Milk; Potatoes and some fortified breakfast cereals.


Vitamin B6 - Vitamins for Arthritis: Take 200 milligrams daily.

Vitamin B6 - Vitamins for Convulsion:   High amounts of B6 (200 milligrams twice per day) can reduce seizures.

Vitamin B6 - Vitamins for Stuttering: Take 100 milligrams once daily.

Vitamin B6 - Vitamins for Vertigo:  Vitamin B6 reduces vertigo symptoms. Take 200 milligrams daily.
