Barberry, Coptis, Goldenseal and Oregon Graperoot - Herbal remedy for Gonorrhea: They can all kill bacteria. It is not necessary to take all of them at the same time. You can alternate them.  They are all available in tincture form. Put 10 drops of tincture in half a glass of water. Drink three times a day.
