Capsaicin

Health Warning: Avoid during Pregnancy and Breastfeeding. Large doses may cause Stomach Pain and Kidney problems.


Capsaicin – Natural remedy for Hay Fever: Capsaicin is a naturally-occurring substance found in chillies. It is usually taken as a spray. If sprays containing it are not available, chop four dried chillies and put in a cup of boiling water. Inhale the vapour coming out.
Health Warning: Though Capsaicin is powerful it may cause irritation of the nasal passages to some people.
