Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey – Home remedy for Hearing Loss: Mix one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with one teaspoon of raw honey in a glass of water. Take three glasses daily with the three main meals of the day. Lower dosage if heartburn occurs.

Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey - Home remedy for Heartburn:  Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of raw honey into a cup of warm water. Stir and drink.

Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey - Home remedy for Herpes:  Combine 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 3 tablespoons of honey (preferably raw honey) and dab the sore with the mixture in the morning, late afternoon and at night.

Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey - Home remedy for Sore Throat: Drinking apple cider vinegar can help soothe a sore throat. To use apple cider vinegar as a home remedy mix together one tablespoon of raw honey, one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and eight ounces of warm water. Sip this mixture slowly but do not let it get cold. Use this home remedy as often as you think you need to.
Health Warning: Do not give apple cider vinegar or any raw honey containing food or beverage to children under two years of age, because it can possibly cause infant botulism which is a severe type of food poisoning. Apple cider vinegar and food or drink containing honey can also cause allergic reactions in very young children.
