Flaxseed Oil and Cranberry Juice – Herbal remedy for Heart Attack:  Drink this smoothie for heart attack prevention. Take two little glasses. In one put half a glass of cranberry juice plus four drops of liquid stevia (Stevia is about 100 to 300 times sweeter than sugar, but has no carbohydrates, calories, or artificial ingredients). In the other one put 2 tablespoon of flaxseed oil plus four drops of liquid stevia. Drink the glass with the flaxseed oil first followed by the glass with the cranberry. Drink this every morning before breakfast. (Stevia leaf is used as a sweetening agent).
