Papaya – Natural remedy for Abdominal Pain: Papaya is a fruit that can help prevent indigestion if eaten after lunch or dinner. One or two slices of papaya are sufficient to prevent indigestion and stomach ache.

Papaya - Natural remedy for Acne: Papaya is a fruit that contains an enzyme known as papain which is very good in healing minor wounds and acne.  Make a paste of the fruit and apply to the skin. This will treat the acne as well as prevent recurrence as it gets rid of lipids from the skin thus preventing clogging of the pores.

Papaya – Natural remedy for Bee Sting: Take fresh papaya and cut a slice off. Apply it to the bee stings for about one hour.

Papaya - Natural remedy for Dehydration:  Grate one raw papaya. Add 3 cups water and boil for 10-minutes. Strain and drink all the water in one day.

Papaya - Natural remedy for Dementia: Fruits like papaya and kiwi are great sources of vitamin E and vitamin C, making them a popular food for antioxidant protection.  Eat two servings of papaya daily.

Papaya - Natural remedy for Diarrhea:  Boil a chopped ripe papaya in three cups of water for 10-minutes. Take it all in one day.

Papaya - Natural remedy for Eczema:  Dry the seeds of a ripe papaya in the sun or in the oven and grind into a powder. Apply the powder on the skin.

Papaya - Natural remedy for Excessive Facial Hair: Raw papaya pulp and turmeric or raw milk works well to reduce the growth of unwanted hair. In addition, papaya has the benefit of bleaching fine hair.

Papaya – Natural remedy for Fish Poisoning:  For nausea: raw papaya cut into small cubes should be added to about 2 glasses of boiling water. Allow them to be boiled for about 15-20 minutes. Then drain the mixture and drink this concoction 3-times a day.

Papaya - Natural remedy for Heartburn:  Drink two glasses of papaya juice daily or chew papaya enzyme tablets.

Papaya - Natural remedy for Hemorrhoids: Peel a ripe papaya and chop it into small pieces. Blend the papaya pieces into a juice. Put some cotton wool in the papaya juice. Position it on the hemorrhoid area and secure it in place with a bandage. The juice should help stop the bleeding and bring the irritation under control.

Papaya - Natural remedy for  Zits: Mash some ripe papaya slices into a paste. Apply paste on your face. Leave it there for 15-minutes then wash it off.
