Coriander Leaves - Herbal remedy for Adult Bedwetting: The juice obtained by blending 20-30 fresh coriander leaves with one glass of water can improve urinary continence. Available from Asian greengrocers.

Coriander Leaves – Herbal remedy for Heat Stroke: Blend several coriander leaves with a little water, add sugar and take juice twice daily. Available from Asian greengrocers.

Coriander Leaves - Herbal remedy for Indigestion: Mix a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of crushed coriander leaves and have it twice a day. Available from Asian greengrocers.

Coriander Leaves - Herbal remedy for Moles: Crush some coriander leaves and apply on moles several times in a day. Available from Asian greengrocers.

Coriander Leaves – Herbal remedy for Pimples: Coriander leaves, a helpful herbal remedy for pimples, includes the mixing of one teaspoon of coriander juice combined with a pinch of turmeric powder. To obtain coriander juice blend a handful of fresh coriander leaves with two tablespoon of water.  Every night after thoroughly washing the face, apply the juice. Leave it for an hour then rinse. Coriander - Herbal remedy for Osteoporosis: Coriander is rich in Vitamin K which is important in the absorption of calcium and prevents bone demineralization which is the cause of osteoporosis. Use fresh coriander in your food by sprinkling on all dishes or add a teaspoon of ground coriander seeds to your casserole or any other food you are making.
