Raspberry Leaf Tea - Herbal remedy for Colds:  Raspberry leaf tea is a good remedy for a sore throat.  Pour one cup of boiling water over two teaspoons of dried raspberry leaves and steep for ten minutes. Then strain, allow cooling and then gargle. Raspberry leaf tea is also good for reducing fevers.
Health Warning: Do not swallow the Gargle.

Raspberry Leaf Tea  - Herbal remedy for Infertility: Raspberry leaf tea helps boost fertility by restoring a woman’s hormonal balance. Brew one teaspoon of dried blackberry or raspberry leaves for every cup of water. Allow the mixture to infuse for 5 -10 minutes before straining and drinking. Drink three times daily.

Raspberry Leaf Tea  - Herbal remedy for Miscarriage: The tea made from raspberry leaf is very effective in helping to prevent miscarriage. Raspberry leaf tea can be taken in tea bag, loose leaf, tablet or tincture form.

Raspberry Leaf Tea  - Herbal remedy for PMS:  Raspberry leaf  tea strengthens the uterus and relieves cramps including heavy feeling during your period. One cup of tea three times daily during PMS (or all month long, if you like) can be of great help.

Raspberry Leaf Tea - Herbal remedy for Sore Throat: To use as a gargle mix a teaspoon of fresh or dried raspberry leaves in a cup of boiling water. Strain and cool. Add one teaspoon each of honey and apple cider vinegar. Gargle four times a day.

Raspberry leaf tea is usually prepared by boiling one cup of water and then adding 2 teaspoons of red raspberry leaves. The leaves are usually allowed to infuse for about 15-minutes. Strain the tea and drink while still hot. Drink two cups daily.
