Raspberry Leaf Tea - Herbal remedy for Colds:  Raspberry leaf tea is a good remedy for a sore throat.  Pour one cup of boiling water over two teaspoons of dried raspberry leaves and steep for ten minutes. Then strain, allow cooling and then gargle. Raspberry leaf tea is also good for reducing fevers.
Health Warning: Do not drink the Gargle.

Brew one teaspoon of dried blackberry or raspberry leaves for every cup of water. Allow the mixture to infuse for 5 -10 minutes before straining and drinking. Drink three times daily.
