Ice Packs and Hot Compresses

Ice Packs and Hot Compresses

Ice Packs and Hot Compresses - Home remedy for Lyme Disease: Joint pain is a common symptom of Lyme disease, which can be eased through the use of ice packs or hot compresses. Dull, penetrating pain should be treated with a warm compress, applied right on the painful area. For sharper, intense pain, wrap an ice pack in a plastic bag and a towel and hold it on the affected area for 10-20 minutes. The treatment should be repeated every four hours until the pain is reduced.

Always seek the advice of your doctor before taking herbal medications
