Nettle - Herbal remedy for Allergies: Nettle can be very helpful for drying out the sinuses. It can be highly effective for chronic allergies. Take 150-500 milligrams two or three times daily, as needed, for two weeks. Nettle leaves can be obtained fresh or dried. The nettle leaves should be washed to remove all dirt and insects and then they can either be dried out for future pots of tea or used fresh. A traditional recipe is to take a tablespoon of dried nettles and to seep it in boiling water for at least ten minutes.

Nettle - Herbal remedy for Menopause: You could also drink two cups of nettle tea a day to control hormones during menopause. Infuse two tablespoons of chopped fresh or dried nettle in a cup of boiling water. Strain and drink.

Nettle - Herbal remedy for Hives:  Take 300 milligrams of freeze-dried nettle leaf three times a day for its potent antihistamine abilities.

Nettle - Herbal remedy for Nose Bleeds: Grind some nettle leaves to obtain the juice. Soak a cotton ball and put lightly into the nostril for 3-5 minutes.
