Kelp - Herbal remedy for Menopause: The seaweed kelp helps control fluctuating mood swings when taken as a powder or in cooked food. One tablespoon of powdered kelp  can be sprinkled  over food.

Kelp - Herbal remedy for Osteoporosis:  Kelp is rich in minerals and is therefore recommended as a remedy for osteoporosis. Take a 225 mcg tablet twice a day.
