Chamomile and Valerian - Herbal remedy for Nightmares and Night Terrors: Chamomile and valerian bring rest and peaceful sleep.  Drink a cup of chamomile or valerian every night before bedtime. Infuse one tablespoon of fresh or dried herbs in a cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. Strain and drink.
