Oatmeal and Yogurt - Home remedy for Pimples:  Oatmeal and yogurt masks treat acne and reduce future break outs. Take about one cup of oatmeal and mix it with a cup of yogurt to make a paste. Both the oatmeal and yogurt need to be plain. Apply the oatmeal and yogurt paste to your skin and let dry for at least 15-minutes. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry your face. Those with oily skin can use this paste several times a week.
Health Warning: However, if you have dry skin, it is best to start out using this paste once a week so it doesn't irritate your skin.
