Vitamin B Complex

Vitamin B Complex: Vitamin B complex generally includes Vitamin B1 (thiamine), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Vitamin B3 (niacin/niacinamide), Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), and folic acid.


Vitamin B Complex - Vitamins for Alopecia: Take a supplement containing 100 milligrams of most of the major B vitamins. Also take an additional 50 milligrams of biotin daily.

Vitamin B Complex - Vitamins for Chilblains: Take one tablet of 500 milligrams together with one tablet of multi vitamin and multi mineral supplement once daily.

Vitamin B Complex - Vitamins for Depression: Deficiency in vitamin B can cause depression. Take a vitamin B complex supplement that contains vitamin B6 (500 milligrams) once a day.
