Crataeva, Varuna - Herbal remedy for Urinary Tract Infection: Crataeva also known as varuna, this Indian tree grows along river banks in many parts of India. The bark is mostly used in the treatment of urinary tract infections and kidney stones. The ingredients are extracted, dried to powder and made into 500 milligram tablets.  Adults can take 3-5 tablets of 500 milligrams three times daily.  Available online.
