Omega 3 Fish Oil

Omega-3 fatty acids are predominantly found in oily fish and are thought to reduce cholesterol and
triglycerides (fats) in the blood. It is recommended that people who have had a heart attack should eat
two to four portions of oily fish per week to help keep their heart healthy. Some people take omega-3
supplements to increase the levels that they have in their body but it is recommended that omega-3
levels are achieved naturally through diet, rather than through supplementation.

Omega 3 Fish Oil - Vitamins for Irritable Bowel Syndrome: One capsule of 1200 milligrams can be taken once daily.
